With four decades of experience in floral artistry, Keith Stanley has established himself as a distinguished floral designer and educator based in Washington, DC's historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. His expertise spans retail floristry, special events, and educational demonstrations, reflecting his commitment to both creating and teaching the art of floral design.
An internationally acclaimed designer, Keith holds prestigious certifications including the International Master Florist accreditation from Gregor Lersch at Boerma Institute (2022) and is a graduate of the European Master Certification program based in Bruges, Belgium (2016). He now serves as a Teaching Coach for the same program, sharing his expertise with the next generation of floral artists. His credentials also include certification as a teacher for the Sogetsu School of Ikebana, demonstrating his mastery of both Western and Eastern floral traditions.
Specializing in structural botanical design, Keith has recently showcased his innovative large-scale installations at prominent international exhibitions, including the 2022 Floralien in Ghent and the 2022-2024 Hoogstraten Groeten and Blomen in Hoogstraten, Belgium. These works exemplify his passion for pushing the boundaries of botanical artistry while honoring traditional techniques.
