Abby Olson is the floral artist behind Saudades Studio, where she views flowers as a form of living art. After working in the industry for 6 years, Abby felt the pull to create something personal and reflective of her approach to flowers.
Saudades Studio was born from that desire, inspired by the Portuguese word saudade, which means a deep nostalgia for something cherished. It’s a feeling she hopes to evoke in each design.
Abby is drawn to thoughtful composition and movement, allowing each design to feel intentional rather than overworked. Through Saudades Studio, she creates florals for weddings and events that feels expressive and invites viewers to slow down and connect with the beauty of the moment.
