The mission of Art in Bloom is to showcase and make accessible the immense floral talent of the Washington DC area while highlighting the exquisite Art and architecture of the Anderson House collection.

The show aims to provide entertainment and education by displaying the floral sculptures and artwork that has inspired them. Each artist has written a statement about the artwork they have selected, and we have tried to provide historical information about the artwork where possible. You will find those shown on the gallery pageas well as on the individual floral artist page.

Similar to the Art in Bloom exhibits that have been cultural and annual hits in other cities.

Art in Bloom DC strives to be always innovating, and this year has added a lecture and demo series. Click here for more information about the presenters.
